Delivery Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Delivery Policy explains how LexLink handles delivery, activation and installation timelines.
Back to homeDelivery overview
LexLink may deliver routers, SIM cards or related equipment to customers who purchase selected connectivity packages or hardware.
Delivery is subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, correct customer details and courier availability.
Delivery areas
LexLink delivers within South Africa, subject to courier coverage and service availability.
Some remote or high-risk areas may take longer or may require alternative delivery arrangements.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Major cities and main centres: 2 to 5 business days
- Outlying areas: 3 to 7 business days
- Remote areas: 5 to 10 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on courier delays, public holidays, stock availability, weather, protest action, incorrect delivery details or circumstances outside LexLink’s control.
Order processing
Orders are processed after:
- Customer details are received
- Payment is confirmed
- Coverage is checked where applicable
- Stock is available
- Any required verification is completed
Delivery requirements
Customers must provide:
- Correct full name
- Contact number
- Delivery address
- Suburb and province
- Any access instructions
- A person available to receive the parcel
The courier may request identification or confirmation before handing over the parcel.
Failed delivery
Delivery may fail if:
- The address is incorrect
- The customer is unavailable
- The courier cannot access the property
- The customer does not answer calls
- The area is not serviceable
- Delivery is refused
Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
Router delivery and activation
Receiving a router does not always mean the service is active immediately.
Activation may depend on:
- Payment confirmation
- SIM/RICA verification
- Network coverage
- Provider provisioning
- Fibre installation scheduling
- Technical setup
Fibre installation
Fibre installation depends on provider availability, technician scheduling, building access, area coverage and infrastructure readiness.
LexLink will assist with communication and updates, but final installation scheduling may depend on the fibre network provider.
